Can I rent Revival for a private event?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Revival hosts weddings, fundraisers, corporate gatherings, birthday brunches and multi-day conferences for 20 to 350 guests, seated or standing, with the full stage, sound and lighting, a built-in bar, in-house catering (outside catering is allowed too) and an outdoor patio. Start with the rental request form or email events@revivalavl.com .

I lost something at a show. Who do I contact?

Email lostandfound@revivalavl.com with a description of the item and the show you attended. Revival does not have a public phone line; every inbox is read by several team members and answered quickly.

Is there food and drink?

Revival has a full-service bar with curated beer, craft cocktails and wine, including spirits distilled on site, and an adjoining restaurant on the same property as Asheville Brewing and Ninja Spirits. Hours and menu to be confirmed with the venue

Where is Revival, and where do I park?

Revival is at 66 Asheland Avenue, in the heart of downtown Asheville's South Slope Brewery District, around the corner from Hi-Wire Brewing and Ben's Tune-Up. There is ample street parking along Coxe Avenue, and two public garages nearby: the 40 Coxe Avenue garage across from the Post Office, and the 45 Federal Alley garage across from Well Played Board Game Café. Is there assigned seating?

It depends on the show. Revival's movable stage lets us run both standing-room and seated nights, and the ticket page on Tixr shows which it is for each event. To be confirmed with the venue

Can I take photos or record the show?

Accepted Answer

Phone photos are fine. Professional cameras, detachable lenses and flash photography are not allowed unless approved in advance by the artist or venue management.

What is the bag policy, and what can I not bring in?

No large bags or backpacks. Clear bags are recommended, and every bag is subject to search at the door. Weapons and other dangerous items are strictly prohibited, and all guests are subject to search upon entry.

Is there an age limit?

Most concerts at Revival are all ages, but please check the individual event listing before you buy. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or chaperone, and children aged 6 and older need a ticket. To enter the bar area or buy alcohol you must show a valid photo ID: a driver's license, a North Carolina special identification card, a military ID or an unexpired passport.

What time should I arrive? When does the music start?

Each event listing shows the door time and the show time. Doors are usually an hour before the first act. Set times are confirmed on the day of the show, often only a few hours before doors, so we cannot share them in advance; the support act generally plays first.

The show I want is sold out. Is there a waiting list?

Sold-out shows are marked on the calendar. We do not run a waiting list, but tickets occasionally come back through Tixr's official resale, so check the event page again closer to the show. To be confirmed with the venue

Can I get a refund or exchange?

Accepted Answer

All ticket sales are final. Refunds are issued only when an event is cancelled and not rescheduled. If a show is rescheduled, your tickets are good for the new date.

Question 15

I bought tickets online. Do I need to print them?

Accepted Answer

No. Your tickets live in your Tixr account and in the confirmation email; we scan the QR code from your phone at the door. If you cannot find them, open the Tixr app or sign in at tixr.com with the email you used to buy.

Where do I buy tickets for a show at Revival?

Tickets for every Revival show are sold through Tixr, and only through the official links on this site. Each event on the calendar has its own Buy Tickets button that takes you straight to that show on Tixr. Please do not buy from third-party resellers. You can also buy in person at the Asheville Yards Box Office at 75 Coxe Avenue: Thursday and Friday 10 AM to 4 PM, Saturday 11 AM to 4 PM, and on event days from one hour before doors. There are no ticketing fees at the box office (a 3% credit card surcharge and North Carolina sales tax apply).
